The Stars in their Eyes project has already proven its sustainability, and is committed to achieve the following objectives.
- A number of 'Dream Teams', consisting of youths from the Stars - communities, will play a series of benefit matches during the World Football Championships 2010 in South Africa.
- 250 South African community coaches will be trained.
- 80 South African communities will be twinned with 80 European football clubs.
- 40 European schools will cooperate with 40 South African rural schools via 'e-learning'.

- A number of international television documentaries will be developed and screened.
- 80 international companies will commit themselves to Stars in their Eyes as corporate sponsors.
- 40 youths will be granted international scholarships.
- 80 international companies will commit themselves to Stars.
- 40 graduates from Stars will start an own business.
